Payment for sites estimated to cost less than R 100 000 are billed for in a two-step process. 50% Deposit and 50% at completion. For cost and time overruns billing is done at the time of the overrun.

Monthly payment terms are available for sites estimated to cost more than R 100 000 but a 10% discount will apply for any such accounts payd in full on date of completion.
